1. The LGU Gabaldon, through the Budget for the contract approved by the respective Sanggunian, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Ᵽ 300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF SMART TV USE FOR DIFFERENT CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTERS AS EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, DESCRIBE BELOW:
