1. The Barangay Government of Villapagasa - Bids & Awards Committee, through FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ORIENTAL MINDORO intends to apply the sum of Sixty Thousand Pesos only (P60,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Delivery of 1 Unit Silent type Generator with Battery for the Office of the Barangay Villapagasa, located at Villapagasa, Bansud, Oriental Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.
