1.The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Santa Teresita, Cagayan, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION PESOS (PhP 4,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF SHUTTLE BUS TO IMPROVE TRANSPORTATION AND TOURISM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
