Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of the Island Garden City of Samal, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (PhP 1,210,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF SERVICE RING FOR RETIRED PERSONNEL OF LGU-IGACOS under PR# 2025-10-5264. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
a. The LGU-Island Garden City of Samal, through the Special Education Funds intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (PhP 1,210,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of the Island Garden City of Samal now invites bids for the PURCHASE OF SERVICE RING FOR RETIRED PERSONNEL OF LGU-IGACOS under PR# 2025-10-5264. Delivery of the Goods should have completed, within Sixty (60) Calendar Days after final sizing from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
