INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF SEMI- EXPANDABLE IT EQUIPMENTS (LAPTOP COMPUTERS AND MULTI-FUNCTION COPIER) FOR RURAL HEALTH UNIT OF BURGOS, ISABELA

1. The Municipality of Burgos, through PHIC EKONSULTA FUND 2024, intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos only (P758,850.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for GOODS-2025-06. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Burgos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 30 C.D. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
