1. Licensed Security Officers with updated Trainings and complete with NBI/Police Clearance and Insurance Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, etc.)

2. Security Officers must have Shifting duties of 24hrs, daily and during holidays:
SG 1 - 8:00am to 8:00pm
SG2 - 8:00pm to 8:00am
*including roving of building premises and checking of electrical equipment and water systems

3. Security Officers must be in proper Type A or B Uniform daily.

4. Security Officers must have complete daily records of employees log-in and out and incident reports within premises of Office building.

5. Security Officers must also maintain records of CHEDROXI Clients in their Daily logbook.

6. Security Officers must maintain cleanliness of the Security Post.

7. The Security Agency must submit copies of Security Officers' Insurance remittance as attachment to Monthly Billing Statement.
