The Municipality of Cervantes, Ilocos Sur, through the MO-CO intends to apply the THREE MILLION SIX HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P 3,610,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF SANITARY LANDFILL EQUIPMENTS of the Local Government Units of Cervantes, Ilocos Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
