1.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BALINGOAN, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php 434,200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Rice for Families Affected of Flooding due to Heavy Rains. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BALINGOAN now invites bids Purchase of Rice for Families Affected of Flooding due to Heavy Rains. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
