1)The Local Government of Payao, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (Php 2,000.000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Rescue Vehicle (LDRRMO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
