1. The Municipal Government of Carranglan through the 70% of 5% Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (MDRRM) Fund for C.Y. 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Rescue Tools and Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
