1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Seven Hundred Eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 5,708,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of Rescue Supplies to be distributed to DRRM Auxiliary Volunteers. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro - Procurement Division Goods and Services Section now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by seven (7) calendar days upon signing of the Notice to Proceed.
