Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte, through the MOOE-Other Supplies & Materials Expense (Rescue Equipment, etc.) of MDRRMO in the approved 2025 General Fund Annual Budget (5% LDRRM Fund) by the 15th Sangguniang Bayan of Inopacan, Leyte intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Pesos (Php349,990.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Rescue Equipment, Supplies and Materials. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte now invites bids for the Purchase of Rescue Equipment, Supplies and Materials. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 Calendar Days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
