  PURCHASE REQUEST FOR PPEs, SUPPLIES, AND CHEMICALS FOR OIL AND GREASE ANALYSIS OF LABORATORY SAMPLES (AAEP, SIP, ETC.) FOR THE OFFICIAL USE OF THE EMB V LABORATORY
  
  The Environmental Management Bureau Region V hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser” through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND THIRTY-NINE (Php53,039.00) PESOS being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the abovementioned contract.
  
  The Environmental Management Bureau Region V now request from bona fide supplier-s quotations for the said activity.
