PURCHASE REQUEST OF OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR 1ST
QUARTER OF 2025

The Environmental Management Bureau Region V through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX AND 50/100 (Php151,556.50) PESOS being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the abovementioned contract.

The Environmental Management Bureau Region V now request proposal from bona fide supplier-s proposal for the said activity.

Procurement will be conducted through shopping procurement, an alternative mode of procurement as prescribed in Sec. 52 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184;

Supplier shall submit its quotation to the BAC Secretariat, EMB Region V Rawis, Legazpi City.
