PURCHASE REQUEST FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SPLIT TYPE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT AT EIA STAFF HOUSE AND OLD LABORATORY

The Environmental Management Bureau Region V hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser” through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND (Php147,000.00) PESOS being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the abovementioned contract.

The Environmental Management Bureau Region V now request from bona fide supplier-s quotations for the said activity.

Procurement will be conducted through small value procurement, an alternative mode of procurement as prescribed in Sec. 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184;
