  PURCHASE REQUEST FOR THE CALIBRATION OF A SET OF WEIGHTS AND A LIQUID-BASED THERMOMETER, WITH A CERTIFICATE OF CALIBRATION ISSUED AND UNCERTAINTY OF MEASUREMENT TRACEABLE FOR OFFICIAL USE OF LABORATORY
  
  The Environmental Management Bureau Region V hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser” through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of SEVENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY (Php78,420.00) PESOS being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the abovementioned contract.
  
  The Environmental Management Bureau Region V now request from bona fide supplier-s quotations for the said activity.
