Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

PURCHASE REQUEST FOR THE 4th QUARTER OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR CY 2025

The Environmental Management Bureau Region V through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE (Php309,645.00) PESOS being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the abovementioned contract.

The Environmental Management Bureau Region V now request proposal from bona fide supplier-s proposal for the said activity.

Procurement will be conducted through shopping procurement, an alternative mode of procurement as prescribed in Sec. 52 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184;

Supplier shall submit its quotation to the BAC Secretariat, EMB Region V Rawis, Legazpi City.
