Request for Quotation (RFQ)

The Municipality of Cordova, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), is inviting all interested bidders to submit a Quotation for the Purchase of Remote Controlled Drone w/ Complete Accessories for Engineering Office, subject to the submission of the following requirements:

1. Copy of DTI or Sec Registration Certificate;
2. Copy of Current Mayor-s Permit;
3. Copy of Taxpayer-s Identification Number (TIN);
4. Tax Clearance; and
5. PhilGEPS Registration Certificate.

A complete set of Quotation Forms are available at the BAC Office. Deadline for the submission of open proposals together with the documentary requirements is on April 15, 2025, 10:00 A.M. at the BAC Chairwoman-s Office, 2/F Legislative Building, Municipality of Cordova, Cordova, Cebu.

The Approved Budget for the Contract is ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP150,000.00).
