FOR PURCHASE OF RABIES VACCINE FOR ANIMAL BITE CENTER OF LGU GABALDON
1. The LGU Gabaldon, through the Budget for the contract approved by the respective Sanggunian, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos only (P 800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF RABIES VACCINE FOR ANIMAL BITE CENTER OF LGU GABALDON, DESCRIBE BELOW:

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU-GABALDON now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods are thirty (30) calendar days.
Bidders should have completed, within the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
