1.The LGU - Municipality of Maria, through 20% Development Fund CY - 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ninety Thousand Pesos Only (₱90,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Purebred Goat in Support to Livestock, Poultry, and Livelihood Production Program - MAO, Maria, Siquijor/MAR-000145GSV-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
