Electrical Supplies

1. The Municipality of Baco through 20% Development Fund 2024 cont.. intends to apply the sum of Three hundred thirty thousand pesos only (330,000.00) for the Goods Project being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Purchase of Power Supply System for Multi- Purpose Building No.1 (Municipal Compound) at Brgy. Poblacion, Baco. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Baco now invites PhilGEPS registered supplier/distributors to bid for Purchase of Power Supply System for Multi- Purpose Building No.1 (Municipal Compound) at Brgy. Poblacion, Baco. Delivery of Goods is required within thirty (30) days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II of ITB.
