1. The Municipality of Baco through MDRRMU 70% cont. intends to apply the sum of Six hundred fifty thousand pesos only (650,000.00) for the Goods Project being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Purchase of Power Supply System for MDRRM Incident Command Center and Operation, Communication and Warning Quarter (New MDRRMU Building at Brgy. Poblacion, Baco). Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Baco now invites PhilGEPS registered supplier/distributors to bid for Purchase of Power Supply System for MDRRM Incident Command Center and Operation, Communication and Warning Quarter (New MDRRMU Building at Brgy. Poblacion, Baco). Delivery of Goods is required within thirty (30) days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
