PURCHASE OF PORTLAND CEMENT FOR USE IN THE PROVISION OF CEMENT PROVINCEWIDE

IB NO. GSA 2024-12-082

1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the 20% Development Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Two Million Seven Hundred Sixty Six Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Eight Pesos Only (Php 22,766,458.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of Portland Cement for use in the provision of cement provincewide. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro - Procurement Division now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) days upon signing of the approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
