  BAC RESOLUTION DECLARING SECOND FAILURE OF BIDDING AND RECOMMENDING NEGOTIATED CONTRACTING AS THE ALTERNATIVE MODE OF PROCUREMENT
  
  WHEREAS, the Municipality of Cordova advertised the Invitation to Apply and to Bid for the Purchase of Portable Speakers and Laptop, etc. for Cordova District located @ Poblacion, Cordova, Cebu and posted the same in the Commission of Audit (COA) Bulletin Board, PhilGEPS and in the conspicuous places at the premises of the Municipality of Cordova;
  WHEREAS, inspite of the said advertisements, no prospective bidder submitted to the Bids & Awards Committee (BAC) a letter of intent and application for eligibility;
  
  NOW, THEREFORE, We, the members of the BAC, hereby RESOLVE as it is hereby RESOLVED to declare FAILURE OF BIDDING for the said project and to recommend to the Local Chief Executive, negotiated contracting as the alternative mode of procurement;
