  Purchase of Polyethersulfone High Flux Dialyzer H200 for 1Bataan Malasakit Dialysis Assistance (1BMDA)
  
  1) The Provincial Government of Bataan, through the General Fund0202026 intends to apply the sum of ₱ 2,999,360.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Polyethersulfone High Flux Dialyzer H200 for 1Bataan Malasakit Dialysis Assistance (1BMDA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Provincial Government of Bataan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
