1. The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN NICOLAS through General Fund - Other Supplies Expenses (Office of the Mayor) intends to apply the amount of Four Hundred Three Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 403,350.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Plates (Fish Cage, Tricycle & Business) & Sticker (Tricycle) to be used in BPLO at the Municipality of San Nicolas, Batangas/ 2025-G018. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
