1) The Municipality of Mangatarem, through the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for urchase of Plastic Extrusion Machine/ Plastic Densifier Machine w/ Plastic Pot Molder to be used at MENR Office, LGU-Mangatarem, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
