Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF PHARMACY SUPPLIES FOR WOUND SUTURING, INTRAVENOUS INSERTION, OXYGENATION, AND NEBULIZING PATIENTS

1. The City Government of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, through the Appropriations Ordinance of 2025, intends to apply the sum of two million eight hundred forty-five thousand and two hundred pesos (₱2,845,200.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for: Purchase of pharmacy supplies for wound suturing, intravenous insertion, oxygenation, and nebulizing patients (BP-25-10-0251). Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
