INVITATION TO BID FOR
“PURCHASE OF PESTICDES”

1. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte through the RA 7171 LBM 91 intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS & 00/100 (P 9,998,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PIN2025-035. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for Chlorantranilipole, Endoxacarb, and Flumetralin. Delivery of the goods is required within 30 CD after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR)...
