Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF PASSENGER VAN WITH STICKER FOR TRANSPORT OF PERSONNEL/ VISITORS FOR ACTIVITIES RELATED TO EDUCATION, TOURISM, TRADE AND INVESTMENT PROMOTIONS, BANKING AND FINANCE, FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND OTHER OFFICIAL FUNCTIONS
1. The City Government of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, through the Seal of Good Local Governance Incentive Fund (SGLGIF) for FY 2024, intends to apply the sum of two million pesos (₱2,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for: Purchase of Passenger Van with sticker for transport of personnel/ visitors for activities related to education, tourism, trade and investment promotions, banking and finance, foreign affairs, and other official functions (BP-25-03-0009TF) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
