NS-03-27-25-02

1. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar, through the SP Ordinance No. 41 series of 2024, dated 20 December 2024 (GF/Regular) intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php15,500.000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for NS-03-27-25-02: Purchase of Other Machinery and & Equipment (Generator Sets) for the Use of PGSO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar now invites bids for the Purchase of Other Machinery and & Equipment (Generator Sets) for the Use of PGSO. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
