1. The Municipality of Bugallon of Barangay Pangascasan through the Capital Outlay Fund, intends to apply the sum of Sixty Thousand Pesos Only. (Php 60, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of one (1) unit Split Type Aircon (2 HP) at Barangay Pangascasan under Contract ID No. 001-12-2024-GOODS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Bugallon of Barangay Pangascasan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 1 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
