  1. The City Government of Pasay, through the 20% City Development Fund CY2022 & Supplemental Budget No. 6, CY2024 as per Ordinance No. 6364, S2024 - Continuing Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos (Php 6,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of one (1) unit six (6) WHEELER BOOM TRUCK for the use of the City Engineering Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The City Government of Pasay now invites bids for the Purchase of one (1) unit six (6) WHEELER BOOM TRUCK for the use of the City Engineering Office. Expected completion of delivery for the said project is within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
