1. The Local Government of Pio V. Corpus, through the 70% MDRRM Fund Continuing Appropriation CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php 2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF ONE (1) UNIT DRRM DUMP TRUCK at Pio V. Corpus, Masbate. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
