Description : 1.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT-MUNICIPALITY OF MALINAO, AKLANHB, through the MDRRMO Fund, intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS and 00/100 (Php 3,200,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract PURCHASE OF ONE (1) UNIT DROPSIDE CARGO CRANE TRUCK.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-MALINAO, AKLAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) Calendar Days.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.

4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00AM to 4:00PM.
