Description : The Local Government Unit-Municipality of Malinao, Aklan through the Capital Outlay, intends to apply the sum of Ninety Nine Thousand Five Hundred Pesos and 00/100 (Php99,500.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PURCHASE OF ONE 91) UNIT DIGITAL B & W MULTIFUNCTION PHOTOCOPIER FOR USE OF LGU-MALINAO MEO.

Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Opening of Quotations.

The LGU-Malinao now invites quotations for the above-named project to be completed within 20 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order.

Opening of Quotations will be conducted through open competitive procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".
