1. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, through the Responsibility Center: Trust Liability-DRRMF-Financial Assistance affected by Typhoon Odette - DBM/Bu, Treasury / Account Code: 204010-01(18)2T, intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 9,280,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Purchase of One (1) Unit Brand New Wheel Loader to be used for Disaster Response Operations and other DRRM-CCA Activities, Province of Negros Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by the End-user within 120 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
