INVITATION TO BID FOR Purchase of One (1) Unit Brand New Self Loading Truck, Pamplona, Negros Oriental

The Municipality of Pamplona, through the Supplemental Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Pesos Only (12,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of One (1) Unit Brand New Self Loading Truck, Negros Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

1. The Municipality of Pamplona, through the Supplemental Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Pesos Only (12,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
