1. The Municipal Government of Senator Ninoy Aquino, through the GF-70% LDRRMF intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Pesos (Php3,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Purchase of One (1) Unit Brand New 4x4 Dump Truck 5-7 CBM (BAC No. 101-25-10-606). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Senator Ninoy Aquino, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 45 Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed/Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within One (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
