Description : The Project involves procurement of one unit boom truck with basket inclusive of three
years LTO Red plate Registration and TPL, one year GSIS comprehensive insurance, one piece Fire Extinguisher Class A , B & C Type (at least 2Kg in weight), body must have clearance lights and markings of LGU and CDRRMO Logo, Standard Tools (tire wrench, early warning device, Hydraulic Jack).
Terms and Conditions:
• Bidder must have an owned service center facility with Region 10 or Region 11.
• Bidder must conduct orientation/seminar on the proper handling of unit.
• Bidder must be duly registered with PhilGEPS (Platinum Membership)
• Bidder must have been duly established and operating in the market for at least six (6) years
• Delivery period is 60 days upon receipt of the Notice-to-Proceed (NTP)
• The supplier must have at least thirty (30) regular service technicians with at least TESDA National Certificate I (NC I), capable of performing on-site preventive maintenance and after-sales service 24/7
• Bidder shall provide a free one (1) year or 100,000 kilometer warranty, whichever comes first
