Description : The Pasay City Government - General Services Office, through its Bids and Awards Committee, and in accordance with the provisions of RA12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Seventy Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Nine Pesos (Php 670,469.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the project: “Purchase of one (1) lot Various Other Supplies & materials for the use of the General Services Office” chargeable against the GENERAL FUND CY2025.
The Pasay City Government BAC now requests the quotation for the project: Purchase of one (1) lot Various Other Supplies & materials for the use of the General Services Office. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of price quotations.
Please submit your duly signed quotations/proposals not later than November 3, 2025 at 10:00am for the item described above, subject to the Terms and Conditions provided with this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
