1) Please submit your quotation together with your eligibility requirements to the City General Services Office, City Annex Building, Brgy. Zapote., City of Binan, Laguna on August 4, 2025, on or before 10:00 AM. Opening of quotation shall be on the same date at 1:00 PM. No late bids will be accepted.
2) Please address your quotation to: The BAC Chairman, Binan City, Laguna. Please indicate outside the sealed envelope the reference number, the project title and "Do not open before August 4, 2025, 1:00 PM.
3) Procurement will be conducted through open competitive procedure using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 12009, otherwise known as the "New Government Procurement Act."
