PURCHASE OF OFFICE SUPPLIES USE FOR THE OPERATIONS OF TAMPAKAN GENERAL HOSPITAL

1. The Local Government of Tampakan, through the AO#2-SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO.1-CY2025 GF-Proper 4421-5-02-03-010 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Ten Pesos Only (Php 1,588,210.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF OFFICE SUPPLIES USE FOR THE OPERATIONS OF TAMPAKAN GENERAL HOSPITAL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government of Tampakan, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) working days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
