1. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar, through the SP Ordinance No. 41 series of 2024, dated 20 December 2024 (GF/Regular) intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Pesos Only (Php1,264,780.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for NS-02-13-25-01: Purchase of Office Supplies (Optimum Toner Cartridge, et. al) for the Use of Various PGNS Offices. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar now invites bids for the Purchase of Office Supplies (Optimum Toner Cartridge, et. al) for the Use of Various PGNS Offices.
