    The Municipality of Cordova, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), is inviting all interested bidders to submit a Quotation for the Purchase of Office Supplies for Human Resource and Management Office, subject to the submission of the following requirements:

    1. Copy of DTI or Sec Registration Certificate;
    2. Copy of Current Mayor-s Permit;
    3. Copy of Taxpayer-s Identification Number (TIN);
    4. Tax Clearance;
    5. PhilGEPS Registration Certificate.

    A complete set of Quotation Forms are available at the BAC Office. Deadline for the submission of open proposals together with the documentary requirements is on March 13, 2026, 10:00 AM at the Bids and Awards Committee Office, 2/F Legislative Building, Municipality of Cordova, Cordova, Cebu.
