Description : 1. The Barangay Government of Old Cabalan, Olongapo City invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of Purchase of Office Supplies with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of ₱200,000.00.
2. Delivery of goods shall be made in two (2) separate deliveries on a semi-annual basis (first half and second half of CY 2026), as coordinated with the end-user.
3. Payment shall be made after each delivery, subject to complete delivery, inspection, and acceptance by the end-user.
4. The Supplier shall warrant that the goods supplied are free from defects and shall replace any defective items within a reasonable period from notice. Warranty shall be in accordance with existing government procurement rules and regulations.
5. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion in accordance with Republic Act No. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
