  1. The Municipal Government of Leyte, using a single-year for a duration of 1 year Framework Agreement, through General Fund intends to apply the sum Two Hundred Seventy One Thousand Three Hundred Sixteen Pesos & 48/100 (Php271,316.48) for the Purchase of Office Supplies being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
  
  2. The Municipal Government of Leyte now invites bids for the Procurement of Tarpaulin and T-shirt with print. Delivery of the Goods is required after issuance of a Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
