PURCHASE OF OFFICE SUPPLIES

JIAB 2025-18P

1. The Municipality of Jiabong, through the P246,280.00 OTHERS EXPENSE FROM THE MAYOR-S OFFICE- intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FORTY SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY Pesos only (Php 246,280.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Municipality of Jiabong, through the OTHERS EXPENSE FORM THE MAYOR-S OFFICE-
. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Jiabong now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days and shall commence within three (3) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
