Invitation to Bid

PURCHASE OF OFFICE SUPPLIES

1.The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay of Poblacion, through the authorized appropriations under SK Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty Six Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Eight Pesos (Php246, 738.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Office Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay of Poblacion now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 7 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
