In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Municipality of Payao through Bids and Awards Committee invite suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the Projects, “PURCHASE OF OFFICE SUPPLIES” in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

The Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 64,905.00 from MOOE CY 2024.
